2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in new, unworn, and unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. Items must be free of damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and personalization, the following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return:
• Worn or used hats
• Custom-sized or altered items
• Final sale or clearance items
4. How to Request a Refund
If you would like to request a return or refund, please email us at service@jjhatcenter.com with the following details:
• Your full name and order number
• A brief explanation of the reason for the return
• Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defective product on our end.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order for the item you want.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, once the issue is confirmed.
